Welcome to Qaffra. We value your trust and aim to provide the best shopping experience for attars and perfumes. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the personal nature and hygiene standards of perfumes and attars, we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Leaked or broken bottle received
  • Missing items in the package

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged, leaked, or missing item claims.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used perfumes or attars
  • Products damaged after use
  • Change of mind
  • Fragrance preference issues
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method or bank account
  • In COD orders, customers may need to provide bank details for refund processing

4. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may provide:

  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund

depending on the issue verification.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

6. Shipping Information

  • We provide Free Delivery Across India
  • Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 working days
  • Shipping is handled through Shiprocket and partner courier services
