Welcome to Qaffra. We are committed to delivering your attars and perfumes safely and quickly across India. All orders are shipped through Shiprocket and its trusted courier partners.

1. Free Shipping Across India

We proudly offer FREE Delivery on all orders across India.

There are no hidden shipping charges at checkout.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 working hours after successful order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/email.

Shiprocket allows sellers to manage prepaid and COD shipments with multiple courier partners across India.


3. Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver your order within:

4–7 Working Days Across India

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on:

  • customer location,
  • courier availability,
  • weather conditions,
  • festivals or public holidays,
  • and remote area accessibility.

Standard courier deliveries through Shiprocket partners commonly take around 3–7 business days across India depending on serviceability.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID
  • Courier partner details
  • Live tracking link

You can track your order in real-time through the tracking link provided after dispatch.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pincodes across India.
  • Qaffra reserves the right to disable COD on certain high-risk or non-serviceable locations.
  • Orders may require verification before dispatch.

Shiprocket supports COD shipping depending on courier partner availability and serviceability.


6. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and mobile number are correct while placing the order.

If:

  • the address is incorrect,
  • the customer is unavailable,
  • or the order is refused,

the shipment may be returned to us as RTO (Return to Origin). Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered:

  • Please record a proper unboxing video.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.


8. Perfume & Attar Shipping Notice

As perfumes and attars are liquid fragrance products:

  • slight delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier safety checks,
  • certain locations may have courier restrictions for fragrance products.

We use secure packaging to help protect products from leakage or damage during transit.
